Relaxing and Rejuvenating Sound Bath
July 9 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Free – £15.00
You are invited to step into the enchanting Brock Wood (Spott Village) to experience a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath. We will begin by creating a welcoming space listening to the environment around us and exploring ways to help our bodies and minds relax before settling into a comfortable position to bathe in nourishing sounds and vibrations from therapeutic instruments such as gongs, drums and voice.
This is an opportunity for you to de-stress, clear your mind, set intentions or simply be in the space.
Take 5 Sound – Space Offering Understanding Nourishment and Development is a well-being led service founded by Melissa Bradd. Blending a fusion of Therapeutic Sound, Nature and Mindfulness, each bespoke Workshop or Sound Bath is tailored to the individual or group dynamic. Over a number of years, she has been part of Scottish Festivals such as Beyond Borders, Kelburn Garden Party, LinkeyLea, Doune The Rabbit Hole and Knockengorroch offering Gong/Sound Baths with the opportunity for festive goers to explore and interact with the Gongs. Melissa is delighted to be returning to Spott and is looking forward to sharing some mystical sounds with you.
