Annual General Meeting

Please join us to hear about our activities, successes, and challenges over the past 12 months.
Our constitution requires us to hold an AGM and cover the formal business of:
- Presenting the Annual Report
- Election of Trustees
- Approval of accounts
We will do all this in celebration of the work within the community, highlighting the variety of events, progress on community projects and the presentation of our plans for the coming year.
The Hall will be open from 6.45 and those attending will be greeted with refreshments and nibbles and an opportunity to chat with current Committee members. The hall will be arranged so that we can all be socially distanced and meet the guidelines in force at the time.
Please register using the email link below if you wish to attend the AGM. Then if we have to switch from an in person to an online meeting, we can let you know. The decision to switch to an online meeting will be made at least 24 hours in advance.
